This is my first DHPhoto Blog Post.

I'm excited to share some of my Instagram photography on my DHPhoto blog! I will showcase several of my highlighted captures along with additional insights about these images. This summer, my main focus is action Football Photography, starting with the home games for the Canberra United A-Leagues Women's football season.

Todays highlighted image:

Emma Hawkins, an American forward, made her debut for Canberra United in Round 1 of the A-League Women 2025/26 season. It's very cool seeing the Hawkins name on the Canberra United jersey!

It was wonderful to capture the moment when Emma ran onto the field for her new team, Canberra United. I love her determination to get the season started!

Game day: Canberra United vs Newcastle Jets, Ninja A-League 2025/26, Season Round 1, McKellar Park, Sunday 2 November 2025. The final result: Newcastle Jets Win 2-1.
